The Role

After undergoing an exciting renovation and expansion in our 87 place Turramurra campus, with the addition of an extra floor and multiple rooms, we are looking to add new members to the team!

Oac Turramurra is set on the leafy upper North Shore and is an intimate campus spread across. One of the highlights of this campus is the integration of technology including use of a SmartBoard in the preschool.

Site Supervisor

Based in St Marys, the Skilling and Employment Centre is a community initiative of Lendlease providing free support, advice and facilities to local jobseekers. It facilitates links between employers and job seekers to employment and training opportunities within the community and the local area.

The Position:

You will be responsible for leading the CIPP Lining and CCTV & Cleaning Crews, ensuring that company objectives are met in the delivery of pipeline rehabilitation projects.

Responsibility will span safety, positive customer outcomes, quality, revenue and meeting project delivery timeframes.

The Candidate:

This role would be ideal for a motivated individual with experience in a similar position in civil works.

Training will be provided in the use of trenchless technology however the following, qualifying criteria is required:

– Own transport to get to and from work
– Construction white card
– MR licence
– Confined space ticket
– Willingness to work away from home when required.

Senior Financial Accountant

City-fringe location for a medium sized business with a tu
over of $400 million. Interesting work which includes typical financial accounting activities as well as working across joint venture projects and multiple trading companies. The business has Australia wide reach as well as working in some global markets.

You will report to the CFO and Directors, and be one of eight staff in the Finance team. You will have joint responsibility for three junior staff in accounting and bookkeeping. The role is responsible for the General Ledger and includes :

– Debtors and Income (tracking, monitoring and some higher level analysis)
– Creditors (eg: monitoring cashflow)
– Asset Management (monitoring and managing)
– Financial Management (including ledgers, statutory accounting, tax, budget reports, management reports)
– Compliance
– Project work
– Managing reports for multiple Joint Ventures
– Providing consultation and information to the Directors

The work will suit candidates ready to be challenged due to the dynamic nature and complexity of work on offer. Critical to your success in this position will be your self-motivation, ability to be hands on and commercially astute.

Senior Consultant – Implementation & Training

Sensational opportunity to join this dynamic SaaS online business providing consulting, implementation and training services.

This role would suit an experienced accountant, ideally with public practice experience looking for something different. You will manage various Chartered firms running one on one consulting, boardroom presentations and group training sessions.


– Effective delivery of implementation and training of products and services to clients across ANZ
– Training on core products, performing installations and process reviews.
– Provision of ad hoc training sessions when required to meet the business needs, for example delivery of a remote and onsite training sessions
– Ensure the implementation and training process is delivered to clients efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the documented process
– Ability to troubleshoot escalation issues after delivery of service
– Assessing and scoping the time and resources needed to deliver a service
– Able to travel locally & interstate

Candidates must have:

– Must have experience working in an accounting practice ideally as an accountant
– Ideally knowledge of accounting programs such as Intuit, XERO or MYOB practice software
– Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to small groups with highly developed communication skills
– Diploma or Degree in Accounting (ACA, CA or CPA)
– Able to work autonomously and flexible to the various demands of consulting
– Must be able to travel on a semi-regular basis (never over weekends unless by choice)
– Ideally strong IT skills especially around software

* Previous experience within Early Childhood or Childcare environments
* Hold a PAID – NSW Working With Children’s Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate
* Be available to work on short notice
*Cook- Previous experience working in a childcare setting is essential
