You’ll have a strong design background across UX and visual and be happy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to make sure that the final product result ticks all the boxes!

What do you need to succeed?!

You will need to have worked in a design environment for a number of years, and thoroughly understand what is needed to create a great product. You’ll be in a fast paced environment here so you will need to be flexible and adaptable, as well as focussing on high quality deliverables. Falling under your responsibilities will be leading workshops and bringing your toolkit of creativity to the table. You’ll work on visual assets, wireframes, prototypes as well as conducting customer research and identifying customer pain points and opportunities.

About the role
Reporting to the Quality Business Partnering Manager, this role is a permanent full time position based in our Warwick office. Main Duties

Driving best practice and continuous improvement throughout the business. Auditing, implementing new procedures. Ensuring Commercial robustness of regions encouraging cost/time management and maximizing income value. Management of the commercial and bid process for the regions tenders. Commercial and contractual advice both pre, post tender and post completion. Liaise with Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement throughout the region. Assist in the preparation and presentation of budgets, forecasts and management accounts as well as the management of cash flow.
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring to the role;
Min.8-year Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction or financial related qualifications.
Chartered status considered a major benefit however not necessary.
Demonstrated experience in previously successfully managing the commercial aspects for small to medium sized projects or divisions of companies.
Previous experience in building and managing your own financial team
Ability to deliver key financial results and reporting these to managers
