In this role you be looking after the day to day running of this facility with support from head office. You will be responsible for rosters, HR issues and also your own budgets and financials. We are looking for a qualified registered nurse and AHPRA qualification to run this medium size aged care facility. You will have previous aged care facility manager and as you will be the role model in this facility – you should have a passion a help and develop your staff. Also, you should be familiar with ACFI, accreditation and current aged care legislation.

Had a super exciting call with the US office of this Global playing tech company today to really dive deep into the requirements and future trajectory of this incredibly rare role in Brisbane, Aus.

They’re a global playing SaaS tech company with the two main offices right here in Brisbane and San Fran. The goal is to base this incredibly talented Product Designer here in the Brisbane tech team (who are absolute hot shots) and have them really pave the way for products with thought out problem solving, solution finding and intuitive mode
design. They’ll have the US team to lean on when needed for additional UX and research – but ultimately there’s room here for them to really champion their own path.

You’ll be coming in as a hands on designer to help with some of their existing products whilst also working on brand new products. They craft some very advanced tools and platforms, so it makes sense that this Designer have exceptional experience when it comes to working on Software and Platforms – especially in the enterprise sized space – B2B and B2C.

This is a role for a Leader with Snr level capabilities and to get a look on from them, you’re going to have proven experience doing the following;

Driving key interaction design initiatives by engaging and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business, end user and technical requirements into UI prototypes

Producing interaction designsfrom concept to execution in an agile product development environment

Facilitated design brainstorming sessions and built consensus around design vision with product development stakeholders
