The Role
The role will see you targeting SME/ blue chip corporate clients and builders with the aim of securing sales for commercial furniture products. You will speak to a variety of decision makers with these clients and will work on varied refurbishment and new build fit outs. You will have strong administrative support to make your life easier and the role will suit a friendly corporate furniture sales executive with superb relationship building skills, the ability to plan a call cycle and manage a varied client base.

Skills Required

There is a Commercial Managers position available due to recent and impending awards of many civil infrastructure projects.
Main Duties
The successful person would be expected to have a solid financial background working within the civil engineering and construction sectors. The role would require close liaison with client and supply chain partners throughout the procurement and construction phases. Driving best practice and continuous improvement throughout the business. Auditing, implementing new procedures. Ensuring Commercial robustness of regions encouraging cost/time management and maximizing income value. Management of the commercial and bid process for the regions tenders. Commercial and contractual advice both pre, post tender and post completion. Liaise with Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement throughout the region. Assist in the preparation and presentation of budgets, forecasts and management accounts as well as the management of cash flow.
The successful candidate will bring to the role;
Min.8-year Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction or financial related qualifications.
Chartered status considered a major benefit however not necessary.
Demonstrated experience in previously successfully managing the commercial aspects for small to medium sized projects or divisions of companies.
Previous experience in building and managing your own financial team
Ability to deliver key financial results and reporting these to managers
Excellent written and oral communication skills

A package which is in line with the demanding nature of the project which includes Salary of between $180-200k + package.
