What you need:

In this role you will share a passion for leading an active lifestyle, understanding of nutrition and love of all things delicious. Coming from a high volume background, you will support the Store Manager daily in the delivering of operations and management of the team. With great communication skills, you will work with the team to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service. Working here is all about having an engaging personality, a love of people and customer service and a desire to succeed as a hospitality professional. Knowledge of rostering and managing labor is essential, as well as ordering and stock taking. As a food serving establishment food safety knowledge is also key.

Conveyancing Clerk – Growing Role!

At this CBD law firm, you will be part of a close-knit and busy team where each person is considered essential and valuable. All members of the team are highly specialised in what they do and you will be no different! This is a genuine chance to establish yourself as a conveyancing expert in a fast paced role.

Using your extensive conveyancing experience, you will hit the ground running, managing a high volume of files independently – from instructions through to settlement. This includes all document and correspondence preparation, arranging and attending settlement and dealing with finance issues. The conveyancing matters consist of a wide variety of commercial and residential purchases and sales and leases. Experience with LEAP and PEXA will be an advantage. This is a genuine opportunity to grow and develop as this role will also support one of the Partners with their litigation matters!

You will succeed in this role if you have a positive and flexible attitude, an open mind and can work in a fast paced environment. Only conveyancing clerks with at least 12 months experience will be considered for this role.
