As one of our highly valued Customer Service Advisors, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with a variety of calls and enquiries in a fast paced work environment. These ongoing opportunities may be offered on a variety of terms and hours (full time, part time, flexible) working during a span of hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

To be considered for these positions you will have the following skills and experience:

– A passion for excellent customer service ideally within a call centre environment
– Can-do and supportive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately input data into information systems
– Highly effective communications skills with the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Empathy to customer needs with the ability to work under pressure
– Ability to build rapport within both your own team and throughout the organisation

Consumer Electronics Brand Advocate – Hobart – 10 Hours

We are searching for passionate Brand Ambassador to merchandise of stock, deliver comprehensive training to Retail Sales People (RSP’s) as well as auditing current stock levels; you will possess a high level of knowledge and confidence to promote our brand and products. We are looking for people to join our National team to represent a global consumer electronics company.

Approximately 10 hours per week.

Flexible across Monday – Friday

The territory includes but is not limited to: Hobart, Sorell, Kingston, Rosny Park and Glenorchy

Duties:

– Provide expert knowledge on products to consumers and RSP’s
– Manage a territory of retail stores
– Provide product knowledge
– Engage, motivating and building rapport with RSP’s
– Assist to drive sales
– Report on all store visits daily

Requirements:

· Experience within a retail sales environment

· Strong consumer electronic brand knowledge

· An aptitude and interest in technology, particularly with consumer electronics

· Confident, approachable, and bubbly personality

· Excellent time management and communication skills

· Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship

· Drivers Licence and own vehicle
