The Opportunity

Your role as Workshop Mechanic will be based at Easte
Creek branch and will work across repairs, maintenance, inspections and pre-delivery. You will work as part of a close-knit team and will work closely with other departments when required. You may also be assigned with autonomous tasks across the service department

You

– Trade qualifications Mechanical, Electrical, LPG, Fitter & Tu
er (or similar).

Due to an additional project win they are seeking to appoint a experienced SM with strong grounding in commercial and industrial projects. The project in question is a 70000sqm greenfield site in Melbourne’s inner west with an extensive PT hardstand and two seperate buildings on site.

To be considered for this role as Site Manager your skills and experience should include:

– A track record in greenfield commercial construction methods experience of factories, warehouses and/or bulky good retail outlets a must
– Programming, scheduling and working out crucial time lines
– Good IT skills
– A stable employment history
– Best practice in OH&S and IR

A salary package in the $140k-$170k range is available, dependent upon skills and experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a truly supportive environment. Based from their Perth office, the successful Project Coordinator will be working on our client’s newly awarded industrial project. This project is the expansion of a processing plant for a Sanding Mining / Quarry located in the South West of the State.

The Position:

This project team is running at maximum capacity and require a commercial minded Project Coordinator to help organise and coordinate the smooth operation of their current and newly starting projects. As any experienced Project Management team understands, large projects aren’t just time-consuming; they can also be complicated to organise.

This critical position will require the successful candidate to work alongside the Project Managers to track and dispense the necessary information to the team members that will help complete commercial builds throughout their life cycle to completion. These projects will range in size from $500,000 – $25 Million and are located throughout Weste
Australia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate must be flexible and adapt to multitasking, as they will be required to perform a wide variety of daily tasks, including:

– Preparation of various documentation for submission
– Keeping detailed project notes and records
– Inform all members of the team with up-to-date and current information and paperwork
– Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
– Create project schedules
– Monitor project progress, budget, hours, etc
