The role sits within a small group of dedicated software developers – two mid-level and one junior who will directly report to you. You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced CTO, discussing the technical and high-level architectural aspects of the software and the team you are building. You’ll both be looking at how to architect what you are building now for the next level of scale.
As.NET Team Lead for this company, you’ll be:
An experienced .NET Engineer / Lead who can complete the SDLC, not just completing stories on a Kanband board
A leader who can run the daily stand-up meetings to create awareness, keep everyone focused and remove any blockers for your team
Ready to mentor other devs, helping them to develop their career and skills
