We are looking for contract site manager’s to work on a contractual basis with our commercial new build & fit out / refurbishment clients who provide head contracting services across commercial, gove
ment, retail, education, hospitality, and refurbishment sectors.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience and a successful track record of delivering projects ranging from $1M – $5M.

You will be responsible for the daily delivery of safe, high quality and on-time construction projects.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

– Ensure a safe working environment at all times, taking a leading role in day to day management and of on site safety
– Coordinate and continually monitor works to deliver projects of the highest quality
– Prepare, communicate and manage short term programming
– Ensure high level of communication and teamwork
– Manage the completion of the project on site


– 2-3 years experience as a Site Manager / Foreman within the Commercial New Build or Fit-out & Refurbishment Sector
– Have experience managing projects valued at a minimum $1M
– Ability to adapt quickly to a new company
– Computer Literate (Intermediate)
– Right to work in Australia
– Reference contacts of previous 2 employers

Rates of pay are between $60-$65 p/h negotiable depending on experience. We also have night shift supervisory work with rates increasing accordingly.
