Your new company
This large organisation provide maintenance services to a range of commercial businesses across Townsville.

Your new role
Working within the job management team you will be a temporary Administrator to complete duties such as creating work orders, scheduling technicians and handling the administration after works are completed including timesheet entry and receipting.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you must have previous experience in a fast paced administrative role and demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail. Experience in job scheduling and/or payroll will be highly regarded. You will be a confident communicator and able to make autonomous decisions. Proficiency in the use of Excel is essential.

What you’ll get in return
In return you will work at an hourly rate, full time hours, for approximately 5 months.

Executive Assistant

Your new company
This is a national organisation with a large corporate office based in Townsville.

Your new role
Due to a long standing employee moving interstate, this reputable organisation are seeking a new Executive Assistant to join the team. Your role will be to support the Managing Director with everything from handling enquiries, diary management, travel bookings through to high level administrative support including management of expenses, preparing reports and ensuring records are maintained to legislative standards.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant position supporting a senior manager or above. You will have an outstanding eye for detail, exceptional time management skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential and a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar would be highly regarded. You will be a self starter with the experience and confidence to perform your role autonomously and make important decisions.
