This large organisation provide maintenance services to a range of commercial businesses across Townsville.
Your new role
Working within the job management team you will be a temporary Administrator to complete duties such as creating work orders, scheduling technicians and handling the administration after works are completed including timesheet entry and receipting.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you must have previous experience in a fast paced administrative role and demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail. Experience in job scheduling and/or payroll will be highly regarded. You will be a confident communicator and able to make autonomous decisions. Proficiency in the use of Excel is essential.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will work at an hourly rate, full time hours, for approximately 5 months.
