Your new role
This prestigious retailer is looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven Boutique Manager to become a part of their Prestigious Flagship Boutique in Melbournes CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and monitoring of all products. The ability to ensure that all opportunities are maximised through displaying exquisite customer service to premium, VIP clientele is also required. You will also be accountable for the achievement of your teams daily sales targets and K.P.I benchmarks. The ability to maintain and build upon long, lasting relationships with your clientele is also a key element to the role.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have previous strong experience in a similar environment, specifically within the High End, Luxury Product Industry; fine jewellery experience is highly preferred. You must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of retail sales policies and processes as well as an understanding of how the luxury retail sales floor operates. The ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your current and future clientele is also a key element of experience. Essentially, you must have proven success in up-market sales skills with the capability to achieve and exceed targets. Jewellery and/or diamond experience is essential with a Gemology Certificate highly preferred.

Were looking for a talented and experienced Retail Leader with a minimum of 5yrs+ leading a significant and successful commercial/ retail business.

Key skills & experience required:

– Minimum of 5 years senior retail leadership experience (operational and strategic)
– Business or Marketing Degree (or equivalent) highly desirable
– Centre/Showroom Management background
– Outstanding commercial acumen and insight in the retail space
– Strong Operations background process improvement, first time quality, efficiency
– People, Project & Change Management experience

As a on call casual Merchandiser at CROSSMARK, you will be primarily executing Planograms within grocery retailers. Relief work merchandising a range of products from leading brands, including DVDs, magazines, books, groceries and hardware is also available.

On Call Casual hours

Monday – Friday (3-5 day availability required)

The territory includes but is not limited to: Marrickville and surrounding suburbs

Duties:

– Execute planograms
– Create Point-of-Sale displays
– Ensure product is stocked and neatly displayed
– Ensure pricing and ticketing is correct
– Report back on the day’s work, uploading photos

Requirements:

– Previous merchandising experience, preferred
– Grocery Retail experience, preferred
– Knowledge of Planograms
– The confidence and ability to communicate and build rapport with people
– A sound knowledge of IT, including the ability to upload photos
– Strong time management skills, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
– A reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
