This solid second Tier Builder are very much a solid identity within their remit, winning many awards for projects ranging from $20 million to $80 million in building quality Aged Care, Heritage, Schools, Industrial and NSW public works projects.

The Role:

The Project is based on the beautiful Northern Beaches and comprises of the construction and exstension of several buildings around a “live” public school.

This role is specifically for a Site Manager to take full ownership of one construction of the building, As a result of the scheme being in its earliest phase this offers the successful foreperson a chance to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.

You will be a driven outgoing Senior Foreman or Site Manager looking to succeed quickly, progressing and impressing the Project Manager. Ideally you will have direct experience working on commercial projects over $20 million, for recognised Sydney competitor.

Duties & Project Scope:

The role is an immediate start, 8 month generous hourly rate leading to a full time permanent Site Management role.

Duties include, supervising concrete pours, setting out of the structural steel and formwork. You will also be responsible for:

– Preparing programmes
– Adherence to BCA standards
– Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
– Daily and Monthly reporting
– OH&S
– Subcontractor site Inductions
– Managing onsite issues
– Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

Skills and Experience:

– You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity.
– You will have a minimum of 4 years experience working on similar projects
– Exceptional Communication skills
– A can do positive attitude and confidence.
– Good management approach.

To be considered for this role as Site Manager your skills and experience should include:

– A track record in greenfield commercial construction methods experience of factories, warehouses and/or bulky good retail outlets a must

A salary package in the $140k-$170k range is available, dependent upon skills and experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a truly supportive environment. Randstad are currently looking to hire a large number of reliable Warehouse Operators to work at our brand new, fast-paced client site located in Greystanes.

These casual positions will support a leading global food & beverage manufacturing company at a time of rapid growth and will suit enthusiastic and committed individuals who are passionate about health and safety.

Initially, operators will be working 8-10 hour shifts across Thursday, Friday and Saturday within a challenging and rewarding environment

Full training across all workstations within the warehouse will be provided to workers to ensure proficiency throughout the Warehouse. Pay rate in line with Award rates, $23.64 first 3 months, $23.94 after 3 months, $24.23 after 12 months.

Overview of duties include:

– Placing liners within shipping boxes
– Packing containers
– Replenishing stock
– Inserting required components
– Finalising shipping
– Assembling, labeling and moving boxes
– Picking and packing.

To be successful

– Exposure to a food hygiene environment is advantageous however full training provided
– Workers must have their own steel toe cap boots and warm/thermal clothing
– Experience or a basic understanding of cool working environment (up to 7degrees) beneficial
