Requirements:

Expert level of technical competency and experience (Ideally 10+ years Managing Consultant, 15+ years Associate Director)

Leading and successfully undertaking technical consultancy assignments within agreed timeframes, scope and budget
Able to provide strong line of sight in regards to upcoming projects and contracts (Associate)

Project Manager – Rail Stations

The Compnay

This organisation has been a prominent player in the upgrade of many of Sydney’s rail station upgrades. Due to expansion and an increase in project workload an opportunity has been created for a Project Manager with previous rail station experience.

The Role

This role will focus in the project delivery of station projects valued between $1M – $20M and will undertake station upgrades, car park construction and platform upgrades. You will manage the client interface and will ideally have previous relationships within Transport Projects Division.

We are keen to speak with Project Managers with previous rail station experience. An excellent understanding of building and civil construction is considered a pre-requisite for this role. With over $1B earmarked for station upgrades this is an exciting time to be joining a growing organisation with a strong presence in the market.

This role will be based in the Sydney metro area and comes with a salary package in the region of $170k – $190k.

Rail Maintenancne Team Lead- Civil/Track

Our client are a client side organisation within the transport sector who due to inte
al restructure have identified an urgent requirement for specialist Rail Maintenance Manager to work on a contract basis focusing on Track & Civil Maintenance works as well as defect management programs.

The position will involve leading and direct a high performing team to deliver routine maintenance to the agreed production /maintenance plans, using a disciplined and coordinated approach, maximising effort and resources. In addition to this you will also expected to manage the team budgets ensuring efficient resource use, labour costing and accrual management including reporting is completed and taking corrective actions as required.

We are looking to speak to experienced Maintenance Operations Manager from a Rail Infrastructure background, with good tactical and strategic management skills who can hit the ground running, take over the day to day management of the team, utilise resources, meet productivity targets and drive efficiencies.

This position has a specific focus towards Rail Maintenance Operations so needs someone who has experience within the Maintenance, Planning, and management of Track & Civil Works, not someone who was solely delivered construction projects.
