You will be responsible for design, Assist in tower/site selection with site acquisition team, Site engineering design and antenna solution, Spectrum planning, Post deployment optimization, RF testing, Assist with new technology evaluation, tools development, practices and procedures.

To be considered for this position the candidate will require:

Tertiary qualification in RF (Radio Frequency), Telecommunications, Electronics.

5 years’ relevant experience in designing and deploying telco wireless networks.

A demonstrated passion in RF / Wireless Technologies.

In depth understanding of various radio access technologies and antenna systems.

In depth understanding of LTE air interface.

Knowledge of electromagnetic emission in telecommunication wireless networks.

Strong skill set in various RF simulation and testing tools.

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Good computer application skills with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio.
